Who we are

We are an artisanal 100% gluten-free delicatessen, born to offer a safe and inclusive taste experience to everyone, including those living with celiac disease.
In our workshop we do not handle wheat or derivatives, and all our dishes are prepared following strict safety standards and AiC (Italian Celiac Association) certifications.

What we offer

We take care of catering for events, parties, weddings and ceremonies, bringing to the table elegant, balanced and completely gluten-free dishes. From casual buffets to gourmet courses, we customise every proposal based on the type of event, number of guests and dietary needs, with the same care and passion that we put into our delicatessen every day.

How it works

We prepare everything on order, with fresh and certified gluten-free dishes, ready to be collected at the delicatessen or delivered directly to the event location. We are also a wine shop and can accompany the menu with wines, sparkling wines and beverages. On request, subject to availability, we can also attend the banquet.
